In accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of Shipco IT Private Limited ("the Company") was constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 20, 2018. The Company's CSR initiative is to play a pivotal role in improving the society at large. This has also enabled us to fulfil our commitment to be a socially responsible corporate citizen. Moreover, the Company's focus is to contribute to the sustainable development of the society and environment, and make our planet a better place for future generations.
